Conference Registration and Attendees

The 2026 Annual Conference will be held April 22-24, 2026, at the University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center in downtown Springfield, Missouri.  We look forward to having each and every one of you join us for this exciting time featuring keynote speakers, relevant break-out sessions, and networking opportunities with other professionals.  

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Additional guest meal tickets will be available for purchase at the conference registration desk.  Please note:  If registering and paying on-line, there will be a processing fee charged.  If you wish to avoid the service fee, checks can be made payable to MAWD and mailed to Jeanie Griffin at 912 Main Street, Trenton, MO 64683. 

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be received prior to April 1, 2026.  Any cancellations after this date will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Special Note to DHEWD staff:  The Department handles registrations and payments in bulk from Central Office.  Please do not complete this section and make payment unless otherwise instructed.
